The infrastructure of Binh Xuyen II Industrial Park has been synchronously invested, the ground has been cleared and completely leveled, including the power supply system,water supply system, water treatment plant, telecommunications system, fire protection system, lighting system, road system.
Internal transport infrastructure
The branch roads are wide
The internal traffic system is reasonably designed from 2 to 4 lanes, the main road of the industrial park is built with a cross-sectional width of 28.0 m, of which the width of the roadbed is 2 * 7.5 m; The branch roads in the industrial park are from 13 m to 20.5 m wide.
A large area of trees
The internal road system of the Industrial Park is also supplemented with a large area of trees, grass on the sidewalk and the median strip to create a green landscape for the entire IP.
Water supply and drainage system
Besides, the entire water supply and drainage system of the Industrial Park is underground under the corridors on both sides of the road, creating general safety and hygiene for vehicles and workers circulating in the Industrial Park.
Electrical infrastructuren
Power source for production activities in Binh Xuyen II Industrial Park is taken from Thien Ke 110kV/22kV substation with a capacity of 2*63 MVA. The 22kV lines are floating on the sidewalk to each plot of land in the industrial park to serve factories and enterprises.
Waste water treatment system
Recognizing the importance of sustainable industrial development including environmental protection, especially the treatment of wastewater from factories during production activities
Phase 1
Centralized wastewater treatment system with a total capacity of 1,000 m3/day and night, treating all wastewater generated in the industrial park up to column A standards QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT before discharging into the environment
Phase 2
Phase 2 has a capacity of 1,800m3/day and is expected to be built after completion of site clearance compensation.
Monitoring system
The industrial park's centralized wastewater treatment station at the output tank is also equipped with an automatic wastewater monitoring system that connects online and transmits data to the Department of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Water supply system
Clean water for Binh Xuyen II Industrial Park is provided by Vinhphuc No1 Water Supply And Drainage Joint Stock Company, the factory has a water supply capacity of 60,000 m3/day through the D300 pipeline to the customers. The fence of the industrial park is then branched to the fence of the manufacturing plants.
Telecommunications system
Digitized signal transmission line, telecommunications cable system, ADSL, fiber optic cable, cooperating with large telecommunications groups such as Viettel, VNPT,... to provide services to businesses.
